| NFKB1 (MIM 164011) oder NFKB2 (MIM 164012) bindet an REL (MIM 164910), RELA oder RELB (MIM 604758) und bildet so den NFKB-Komplex. Das p50 (NFKB1)/p65 (RELA)-Heterodimer ist die häufigste Form von NFKB. Der NFKB-Komplex wird durch I-κB-Proteine (NFKBIA, MIM 164008 oder NFKBIB, MIM 604495) gehemmt, welche NFKB durch Bindung im Zytoplasma inaktivieren. |
