Das p50 (NFKB1)/p65 (RELA)-Heterodimer ist die häufigste Form von NFKB. Der NFKB-Komplex wird durch I-κB-Proteine (NFKBIA, MIM 164008 oder NFKBIB, MIM 604495) gehemmt, welche NFKB durch Bindung im Zytoplasma inaktivieren. |
