Precautions
For magnetic cell separation racks, EnkiLife's magnetic rack (Cat. No.: BRC0026) is the preferred recommendation. STEMCELL's magnetic rack is also acceptable. If the customer does not have access to either, please inform them that the magnetic field strength of the rack must be >7000Gs; otherwise, cell separation efficiency will be compromised.
EnkiLife uses magnetic beads with a particle size of 300nm, and therefore is not compatible with Miltenyi Biotec brand magnetic racks.
